Where do you ship from?

My shop is based in Ontario, Canada!

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I ship internationally!
If for whatever reason I can't ship to you after you have placed an order, you will be refunded in full.

Tariffs, Customs, Duties + Taxes

US tariffs are prepaid, however I’m not responsible for any additional customs fees, tariffs, delays, or other issues that may occur due to current U.S. import policies. These are out of my control and vary per shipment.

All international customers outside of Canada are responsible for any taxes and/or customs fees that may be assessed by their government.
Please keep an eye on your email or for phone calls from your local government if you suspect your order is stuck, your order may be waiting in customs.

Will my order have a tracking number?

All orders to the United States & International countries come with tracking.
Orders within Canada ship untracked via Canada Post Lettermail to keep shipping cheaper, however if the order reaches a certain weight, shipping will be automatically upgraded to tracked.
Additionally, Canadians can upgrade their shipping to have tracking upon checkout.

When will my order ship?

Medikkuu is an independently - owned brand, which means all orders are packed by me! I personally handle all aspects of packing and shipping on top of creating the art, so I truly appreciate your patience as I work to fulfill your order.
Once confirmed, orders for in-stock items are processed within 2 - 3 weeks.
If you have a special event where you need your order to be prioritized, such as for a gift or a convention, feel free to send me an email! I will do my best to accommodate if it does not interfere with my schedule!

Can I combine orders?

Yes! Please let me know as soon as possible if you want to combine orders, I will refund the shipping on one of them.

Why is my order in pre-transit?

It is on the way! I ship by sending a bunch of orders to a distributor that drives orders across the border and then ships them out individually - I do this so that shipping prices are cheaper!
Pre-transit simply means that it is packed and out of my hands and is making its way to the distributer - normally ChitChats or Stallion Express. When it is in transit, it means they have received your parcel and it is on it's way to you.

How long will it take my order to arrive?

International delivery times vary depending on local carriers and potential customs delays.
- Canada | 7 - 21 days after shipment
- United States | 10 - 28 days after shipment
- International | 10 - 30 days after shipment

What happens if my package goes missing?

If you are Canadian and your untracked order has taken more than a month to arrive, please contact me!
Please keep in mind that I have the same tracking information as you do. If there are any problems with your tracking, please contact your local post office or the contact number provided on your tracking link!
Unfortunately, I am not responsible for packages once they are in the hands of the post office. I also do not have the time or resources to call these locations for you, especially if they are located outside of Canada. I cannot be held liable for any mistakes made by the mail courier.

If both of these resources still can not help you, feel free to contact me and I will open an investigation on your package!

I gave you the wrong address and it says it is being returned, what can I do?

If you gave me the wrong address and you want to change it before your order ships, please contact me as soon as possible!
Please take great care in providing me with your correct information, as I do not accept any responsibility for incorrect addresses once packages have shipped.
If an order is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, the package not being claimed, or any other RTS reason, Medikkuu reserves the right to charge a re-shipment fee.

Will you be adding new characters?

Yes! If you want to see a specific character and / or fandom from me, feel free to email or message me on any social media and I'd love to hear what you want to see!

Why is my charm / standee scratched?

There is a good chance it isn't!
Every charm & standee I send out has a protective covering on either side that often gets scratched in transit. You can peel it off if you want! I never peel the covers off myself - so it will more than likely be protected.

Item is damaged or missing

Medikkuu is managed, processed, and fulfilled by one person, so some human error is occasionally expected.

If your order is missing an item or you received the wrong item, please reach out to me so I can make it right! I always strive to make things worthwhile.

If you receive damaged items, please take clear, well-lit photos and send them to me! I'll review the photos and work with you to get you a replacement.

Returns / Exchanges

Currently, I do not accept returns or exchanges.
Please read all item descriptions carefully before placing an order, as each product page includes detailed dimensions and specifications.
